Save my seat

3-day live workshop Wed Oct 21 · Thu Oct 22 · Fri Oct 23 · 1:00 PM CT

You didn't start a business to be its busiest employee.

Three live afternoons with Collin Schwartz and Neil Galas. See what AI has actually done inside their companies, build one place that holds your entire business, and walk away with two AI employees that create and run your social media for you.

Save my seat, from $97

Every session is recorded, so you won't miss a thing.

It's 11:40 PM and you're still writing tomorrow's Instagram caption.

You're good at what you do. That's how the business got here. But somewhere along the way, you became the marketing department, the follow-up system, the office manager and the only person who knows where anything is.

This isn't a work-ethic problem. You work plenty. It's a capacity problem. And the usual fix, hiring another person, makes it worse before it ever makes it better.

  1. Answering email in bed before anyone else is up.
  2. That lead from last week never got a follow-up. They went with someone else.
  3. Lunch is a protein bar between calls.
  4. Someone asks where a file is. You're the only one who knows.
  5. You meant to post three times this week. It's Thursday. You've posted zero.
  6. Writing tomorrow's caption. Again.

Asking ChatGPT for a caption doesn't fix that week. Giving AI the job does.

See what changes

Play it out. You make the call.

Pick a moment every business owner knows. First you handle it the way most people do today. Then replay the same moment with the AI employees you'll build in the workshop.

JRJordan R.New lead

Describe it in your own words, as much or as little as you like. We'll show you the AI employee that would take it off your plate.

Build with Operators

Your answer shows up here.

Type the task that eats the most of your time, or tap an example to start. The more specific you are, the better the match.

For years, growing a business meant hiring more people. That's no longer the only option.

The old way goes like this: hire, train, manage, repeat. Every new dollar brings new payroll and new people problems. Most owners hit a ceiling long before demand runs out, because they can't manage one more person.

Now there's a second way. Build an AI employee once, teach it how your business runs, and let it do the job at 2 PM, at 2 AM and on holidays.

Getting startedWeeks to find the right person, then weeks to train themBuilt with Collin and Neil, and trained on your own playbook

This is the jump from prompting and hoping to actually automating.

What's an AI employee?

So what is an AI employee, exactly?

It's trained on your business: your voice, your process, your numbers. It does one real job from start to finish. It's not a chatbot you babysit. It's a seat on your team that keeps working while you run the company.

Most people use AI like a search bar. You ask a question, copy the answer, paste it somewhere, and do the same thing again tomorrow. That helps, but you're still the one doing the work.

An AI employee has three things a chat window doesn't: a job description, a memory, and a finish line. Collin and Neil run AI like this inside their real estate and mortgage companies, and on these calls you'll see it working on their screens, live.

You don't need a hundred of them to feel the difference. You need the right first two, and those are the two you'll leave with.

A dedicated seat on your team
  • Content. Turns one idea, voice note or client win into a week of posts, captions and video scripts that sound like you.

  • Social media. Keeps the calendar full, schedules every post and tells you what's actually working.

  • Sales. Replies to new leads in minutes and never forgets the second follow-up, or the fifth.

  • Operations. Spots the stuck task and flags it before anyone thinks to report it.

  • Reporting. Has Monday's numbers written up before you've finished your first coffee.

  • And your evenings. That 11:40 PM caption is already written. Dinner is just dinner again.

You'll leave Day 3 with the first two, built for your business.

This is what your business looks like when everything is connected.

Right now, your business lives in your head, your inbox and a dozen apps that don't talk to each other. On Day 2 you'll build one brain for your business where every process, offer, client note and idea links to everything it touches.

Your AI employees read from it, so they know your business the way you do. Drag the notes around, tap one to see what's inside, or filter by part of the business.

You'll build your own version of this on Day 2.

See all three days

Three afternoons. Here's exactly what happens on each one.

Tue, Oct 20 Kick-off call The day before Day 1, we get your setup handled so you can build along from minute one.

Day01

Wed, Oct 211:00–2:30 PM CT90 min

Proof first: what AI has actually done for our companies

What you'll see

Collin and Neil open up their businesses and show you the AI running inside them: the real tools, workflows and results. No slide deck about what might be possible.

What it did for us

The time we got back, the money we saved and the work nobody on our team does by hand anymore, with the real numbers on screen.

Why it matters

You shouldn't take AI advice from someone who isn't using it to run a company. Day 1 is where we show our receipts.

What you'll leave with

A clear picture of where AI fits in your business, plus the short list of work you'll hand off first.

Results aren't guaranteed. These are our results, not a promise of yours.

Day02

Thu, Oct 221:00–2:30 PM CT90 min

The brain: your entire business, in one picture

What it is

You build one brain for your company: your processes, clients, offers and ideas, all connected in one visual map you can actually see.

Why it matters

AI only knows what you give it. Without a brain, every chat starts from zero. With one, your AI knows your business nearly as well as you do.

How it helps you

No more knowledge trapped in your head or scattered across a dozen apps. You, your team and your AI employees all work from the same source.

What it did for us

It's how we see every company we run at a glance, and it's why our AI sounds like us instead of a robot.

Day03

Fri, Oct 231:00–2:30 PM CT90 min

You leave with a social media team: two AI employees, built for your brand

What you get

A Content Creator that writes in your voice, and a Content Manager that plans, schedules and keeps your channels running.

Why it matters

Content brings in leads. It's also the first thing that falls off when you're busy, and the hardest thing to hand to someone new.

How it helps you

You'll post consistently without the late-night writing sessions. More visibility, more leads, and your evenings back.

What changes Monday

Instead of staring at a blank caption, you'll be approving posts that are already written.

Ready to automate? This is where you start.

I'm ready. Save my seat

Meet the two employees you're taking home.

Most business owners know they should post more. Almost none of them have the time. On Day 3 you'll build these two for your business, trained on your brain and your voice, and they start work right away.

A quick note before you decide

We're not AI teachers. We're operators. We got into this because we wanted to grow our companies without also growing the headaches: more hires, more payroll, and more of our own hours.

What we'll show you isn't a theory we read about. It's what's running in our businesses right now. We'll show you what worked, what didn't, and exactly how to set it up in yours.

If you've been doing everything yourself and you're tired of it, come spend three afternoons with us. Bring your questions. We'll bring the stack.

The simplest way in the door.

Live on Wed, Oct 21 · Thu, Oct 22 · Fri, Oct 23 at 1:00 PM CT. Every session is recorded.

Still on the fence? Good questions.

If yours isn't here, bring it to the kick-off call. That's what it's for.

When are the sessions, and how long are they?

Wednesday, October 21; Thursday, October 22; and Friday, October 23, at 1:00 PM Central. Each one runs about 90 minutes. The kick-off call is Tuesday, October 20.

What if I can't make it live?

Every session is recorded. The $97 seat includes 30 days of replay access, the $197 seat includes 3 months, and the $397 seat includes 6 months. Joining live is still the best way to build along and ask questions.

Will I get the same results you did?

Nobody can promise that, and we won't. Day 1 shows what AI has done for our companies so you can see what's possible. What you get out of it depends on your business and what you put in.

What do the two social media employees actually do?

The Creator turns your ideas into ready-to-post content in your voice. The Manager plans the calendar, schedules posts and keeps things running. You build both on Day 3, for your own business.

What is the brain, and why does it matter?

It's one place where everything your business runs on lives as notes you own: your processes, pricing, client details and voice, linked together in a map like the one on this page. You build it on Day 2, and it's what your AI employees read from so they know how you work.

What's in the 200+ AI Tool Pack?

It's the collection of more than 200 AI tools we've built to help businesses. It's included in the $197 and $397 seats.

What's the CEO Constraint Finder?

It's a bonus in the $397 Operator Seat. It helps you find the one constraint holding your business back, then create a report of your intentions with AI so you know exactly where to focus.

My business isn't real estate or lending. Is this for me?

Yes. The examples come from Collin's and Neil's companies, but the method works anywhere there's repeatable work and content to create. If you're trying to grow without adding overhead, it applies to you.

Still reading? That usually means you're ready.

Three afternoons from now, your social media could be running itself.

Most people scrolled past a while ago. You're still here because something on this page sounded like your week. Come see how Collin and Neil run their companies with AI, and take your first two AI employees home with you.
