A one-day AI workshop for business operators · Omaha · November 6

Learn AI from operators
who run on it.

One working day with three people who put AI inside companies they actually operate — and who'll show you exactly where it adds revenue and where it gives hours back. Fundamentals in the morning, then the systems we're using in our businesses today and how you can use them too. The afternoon belongs to Ian Bishop: turning that efficiency into revenue.

Thursday, November 6, 2026 · Omaha — venue goes to ticket holders. Early bird pricing ends September 14, and you can add a second seat to any ticket.

02 / The day

The shape of the day.

Big blocks, on purpose. We're leaving room to add speakers and go deeper where the room wants it — ticket holders get the final agenda before the day.

Morning

Fundamentals: how AI actually fits a running business

Doors at 8:30, coffee on. Then the core of the day: how to find the bottleneck actually worth automating first — and why picking wrong costs six months. Where AI raises revenue, where it only gives hours back, and how to tell the difference before you spend money. Taught from companies we operate, not case studies we read.

11:00 AM

How we're using AI in business today — and how you can too

The systems running inside our companies right now — what they do, what they replaced, and what the same play looks like inside your operation. Shown live from the stage, not in screenshots.

Midday

Working lunch

Provided. You'll be seated with owners working the same kind of problem you are.

12:45–4:15

Ian Bishop: the revenue side Full afternoon

Ian advises companies from $1M to $50M on revenue optimization, and he gets the whole afternoon. Efficiency that doesn't reach the top line is a hobby — this block is about making sure the hours AI frees up actually convert into growth.

Close

What comes after

One offer gets made at the end of the day, and you'll know what it is before it's made — for owners who want this built with them, not just taught. The workshop stands entirely on its own either way.

Evening

VIP dinner with the speakers VIP only

VIP ticket holders stay for dinner with Collin, Neil, and Ian after the day wraps — a small table, unhurried, with your business as the topic.

03 / Who's teaching

Three operators.
One flew in from Maui to be here.

Everyone on this stage runs companies with payroll, customers, and consequences — and all three are in the room the whole day, not just for their own segment.

Collin Schwartz

Real estate · Operations · Omaha

Five companies across five markets, built over seven years on one operating philosophy: build systems that compound, lead with alignment, and never stop figuring it out. 3,500+ doors managed on the stack he'll be teaching from.

Neil Galas

Owner, Aspire Mortgage · Omaha

Owns and runs Aspire Mortgage, a mortgage brokerage built for real estate investors — alongside Beard Bros Building Co, a real estate investment company. The AI he teaches isn't theory: he's using it every day to scale and optimize his companies.

Ian Bishop

Business advisory · Maui

Advises companies from $1M to $50M across real estate, construction, lending, and operations. EOS-certified, found it was missing the revenue side, and built his own approach. He owns the afternoon: where efficiency becomes revenue.

Questions

Before you ask

Do I need to be technical?

No. The day is business principles and live systems, not syntax. Everything on stage is shown in plain English, and everything you take home is written the same way. If you can describe how your best employee handles a customer, you can follow everything in this room.

Who is this for?

Business owners and operators with a real operation — services, customers, people on payroll. The whole day is taught against real running businesses, so the more operation you bring in the door, the more you take out of the room.

What's in the AI toolkit?

The skills lists and deal analyzers behind what you'll watch on stage — the same ones we use in our own companies, cleaned up so they run without us. Plain English, nothing to install, nothing to maintain.

What does VIP add?

Dinner with the speakers the evening of the workshop, plus a private 90-minute consultation on your business. VIP is capped at 20 seats.

Can I bring a second person?

Yes — add a second seat to any ticket for $500. Bring the person who'll actually run this with you day to day. If your right hand learns it with you, it's still working in March.

Why isn't there a minute-by-minute agenda?

On purpose. The blocks above are the shape of the day, and we're leaving room to add speakers and go deeper where the room wants it. Ticket holders get the final agenda before the day.

What do I need to bring?

Yourself and a working knowledge of how your own operation runs. If anything else would help on the day — like a laptop — ticket holders hear well before November 6. Everything else is in the room.

Where is this?

Omaha. The exact venue and parking details go to ticket holders as soon as it's locked, well before the day.

Is this a pitch for something else?

There's one offer mentioned at the end of the day — and you'll know what it is before it's made. The workshop stands on its own: you leave with the education and the toolkit whether you ever talk to us again or not.
